2020年1月，湖北武漢遭遇了“新型冠狀病毒”的狠毒襲擊。在衆多正在爲擊滅病毒而奮勇救人的白衣天使中，我特別留意到了一位八十四歲高齡的、頭髮花白的老者，他就是我最敬佩的人——鍾南山院士。

“新型冠狀病毒”有着極強的傳染性，染上這種病毒輕則疾病纏身，重則有生命危險。您臨危受命，被國家任命爲這場“戰疫”的統帥。在前往武漢時，您接受記者採訪時懇切地告誡全國百姓：“沒什麼事，別去武漢。”說完就義無反顧地登上高鐵。您在高鐵上靠椅稍作休息的照片讓全國人民動容、淚目。到了武漢後，您多次通過媒體呼籲大家要注意安全，要隔離，自己卻不顧個人的安危投入到這場沒有硝煙的戰鬥中去。

In the first Chinese National Games, Zhong Nanshan got the championship of the men's 400m Hurdles and set up a National record at that time.

At that time no one really knew much about SARS and most people had no natural defenses against the erous as it was,Zhong Nanshan worked hard day and night treating the ugh their hard work for several months, Zhong Nanshan and his workmates achieved remarkable result. Soon the SARS epidemic was stopped in its track.

Zhong Nanshan was awarded one of the top ten people moving China in 2004. He has been working in the medical field for over 60 years. He is a good doctor in the countrymen' eyes and respected by all the people in China.

One of the premier medical scientists in the 21st century is Zhong Nanshan. Born in 1941 and graduated from Beijing Medical College, this ordinary but great man has been working in the medical field for over 40 years. He is a good doctor in the patients' eyes and a kind medical professor in his students as well.
